Return & Refund Policy

At Leanne Daquino Art, each product is thoughtfully designed or created with care. Because many items are handmade, limited-edition, or creative tools, our return policy varies slightly by product type. Please read the information below carefully before purchasing.
1. Original Artworks & Fine Art Prints
Original artworks and fine art prints are carefully inspected before dispatch.
Returns are only accepted if the artwork or print arrives damaged or faulty.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for original artworks or fine art prints.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage (including packaging)
If approved, we will offer a refund or replacement where possible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect the artwork or print itself is not considered a fault.
2. Stationery, Stencils & Homeware Items (including toiletry bags)
For items such as stationery, stencils, toiletry bags, and accessories:
Returns are accepted only if the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
3. Gel Printing Kits & Creative Kits
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons:
Gel printing kits and creative kits must be unused and unopened to be eligible for a return.
Returns are only accepted if the kit arrives damaged or faulty.
Opened or used kits cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Custom or commissioned artworks are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged in transit.
5. Digital Products & Online Courses
All digital products, downloads, and online courses are non-refundable once access has been provided.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
6. Workshops & In-Person Events – Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days’ notice:
You may transfer to another workshop date (subject to availability), receive a credit, or request a refund.
Within 7 days of the workshop start date:
Bookings are non-refundable.
You may transfer to another workshop date (subject to availability) or receive a credit.
Credits must be used within 12 months.
Non-attendance on the day:
No refunds or credits can be offered.
Transfers:
Workshop bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice (minimum 48 hours).
If a workshop is cancelled by Leanne Daquino Art:
You will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future date.
We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
7. Refunds (if approved)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.
Approved returns must be posted within 7 days of return approval.
9. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are subject to the same return conditions outlined above.
10. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are not refundable.
11. Lost or Delivered Parcels
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.
12. Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
